Villa Acropolis is a secluded holiday villa for rent in Latchi (Latsi) Cyprus. This beach villa offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and has a private pool. Situated in an elevated position with breathtaking rural and sea views over Latchi harbour. This is a very well equipped and comfortable villa inside and out with the accommodation on one level. Ideally located just 200m from the beach at Latchi and enjoys total privacy (lower floor depicted in photos is a storage area and not accommodation).

A short walk from the villa can take you to couple of local restaurants and shops and a very pleasant longer walk along the promenade will take you into Latchi harbour where you will find an array of good quality restaurants by the waterfront.

Please kindly note that the Owner prefers minimum 7-night bookings, unless your proposed shorter booking fills in a gap between pre-existing bookings.

GROUND FLOOR

- Entrance hall leading to the attractively furnished and spacious open plan living area comprising of sitting room, dining area and kitchen. Wonderful views through the arch windows and patio doors which lead to the terrace and pool.

- Plasma TV-Smart TV in lounge

- Fitted kitchen with breakfast bar with seating complete with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven etc.

- Bedroom 1: Double-bed bedroom fully fitted with ensuite shower-room. Patio door leads to terrace and pool with sea view.

- Bedroom 2: Double-bed bedroom with mountain view, fully fitted. 

- House bathroom fully fitted - this room houses the washer and dryer.

- Bedroom 3: Twin-bed bedroom with mountain view, fully fitted.

All the bedrooms have air con unit, central heating radiator and hairdryer.

LOWER GROUND

Please Note: There are plans to make the villa much larger in the future and that is what you can see at the lower level but this only part finished.  There is no access to this part of the villa nor is it visible from the main level which you would be renting. We visited the villa and have taken the photos ourselves it is a lovely villa in a fantastic spot.

Polis offers an additional choice of restaurants, bars and shops all located within the square.
