Villa Marianna-II is a luxury holiday villa for rent in the Coral Bay area of Paphos, Cyprus. This beach villa offers 5 bedrooms which are all ensuite (sleeps 10) and has a large private pool. Absolute privacy and seclusion while only 100m from restaurants and the coast. Situated in the banana groves of Sea Caves between the popular resort of Coral Bay and the quaint fishing village of St George. This beautiful villa is equipped to a high standard and offers ABSOLUTE PRIVACY, tranquility and wonderful sea views.
The villa is a short walk to some restaurants and a small secluded sandy cove, short drive to Coral Bay and its two fine beaches. Sister villa Marianna in the neighboring plot making it suitable for larger groups and weddings (Please request 5% discount if booking both villas). For your peace of mind there is a security alarm system.
This villa offers an automatic low occupancy discount for 4 guests or fewer throughout the year.

Paphos Town and Kato Paphos resort with the harbour and the castle are within 15 minutes drive.The villa is ideally located for those who wish for a bit of everything from their holiday; relaxation, nightlife and sight-seeing.

First impressions of the villa: Pleasant surprise
We will recommend to family and friends
As a family of 7 (Mum, Nan, great aunt, cousin, brother, partner and myself) we were looking for a nice private quiet spacious villa. We searched many websites but couldnt find anything which fitted our needs then we came across Marianna II, which was perfect. 5 rooms, all ensuite, 2 being twin rooms. It has a large living space, also a utility room on the first floor. You have the usage of both back and front of the outside area, with a BBQ sitting area at the back which is a sun trap. The front has a nice sized pool, a ping pong table and a nice relaxing seating area. Across from the villa is the sea caves, lovely place to visit. We visited some lovely local resturants. Christiania, villa owner, was lovely and very informative. She was always on hand if we needed her and she was very welcoming. Getaway Villas were fantastic with helping us to book the villa and very quick with answering any questions we had. I would recommend hiring a car to visit the main town, shops, resturants and beaches- Unless you are happy getting cabs. By car- Paphos airport is about 40mins away, Coral bay is about 15mins, the best local cheap supermarket, Philippos, is about 10 mins, Sunset restuarant 10mins and Spilies Tavern Bar 10mins. I would recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.
