Villa Thekla-Sun is a luxury holiday villa for rent in Ayia Thekla / Ayia Napa Cyprus. This beach villa offers 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4) and has a private pool. It is located near Ayia Napa and Protaras. This lovely single storey villa is a short walk away from the sleepy shoreline with a couple of local tavernas overlooking the crystal clear sea waters offering the fresh catch of the day. A short drive to some of the best white-sand beaches Cyprus has to offer. One of the biggest waterparks in Europe is about 4 km down the road while the bustling resort of Ayia Napa is about 6 km away.

Please note that this villa accepts bookings of 1 week or more only. A shorter booking may be considered if it fills in an existing short gap between bookings.

Beautiful, modern villa with stunning high wooded ceilings that make you feel cool even in the hottest weather. The huge picture window looking out onto the pool is a real treat. Villa is like home from home, everything you need to enjoy a lovely, relaxing holiday. Would definately recommend and, as this is my own second visit here - would also definitely return myself. Would also like to say a big thank you to the Property Management Company who were exceptionally helpful and accommodating.
