What is provided in the home?
The home has towels, linens and blankets. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils including plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, blender, teapot and coffee maker. There is a microwave, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. There will be ‘starter’ toilet paper and hand soap. The bedrooms have alarm/clock radios. The bathrooms have hair dryers. There is a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Jammin’ Getaway is located 2.5 miles from Walt Disney World.
Pinocchio’s Getaway is located 3 miles from Walt Disney World.
No Worries Getaway is located 4 miles away. |

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and Check-out is at 10:00 am

Do the homes have internet access?
Yes, the homes have wireless, high speed internet access.

How hot will the pool get with the pool heat on?
Pool heat is on from 9AM – 9PM. The pool will reach around 75-80 degrees depending on how cold it is outside. It will not be like bathtub water! If there is an issue with the pool heat, it is not considered an emergency for the management company.

How far is Jammin’ Getaway from the clubhouse?
The clubhouse is about a 30 second walk from Jammin’. You can see the clubhouse from Jammin’s front step!

What is your payment policy?
We require a 20% deposit and the balance is due sixty days before the check-in day.

Will I have to pay a cleaning fee?
We charge for cleaning on stays that are seven (7) nights or less.

Do you allow pets?

Do you allow
smoking?
We do not permit smoking in the homes. Smoking
in the lanai areas is permitted. |

air conditioning?
Yes, all of the homes have air conditioning. No
Worries and Pinocchio’s also have ceiling fans
in the bedrooms. |

Do the pools have
safety fences?
All of our pools have safety fences. Children
cannot access the pool when the fences are in
place. |

Worries Getaway located from the Encantada
clubhouse?
No Worries is about a five minute walk. |

Do you have a crib
and other baby equipment?
Pinocchio’s Getaway has a crib, high chair and
pack ‘n play. Jammin’ has a pack ‘n play. Other
items for Jammin’ and No Worries can be rented
from the management company. |

Do the homes have
gas grills?
Grills can be rented from the management company
for $55 a week plus tax.

What do you require
for the security deposit?
We ask that a credit card number be put on file
to act as a $500 security deposit. We will not
charge the card in less there is damage done to
the rental home that is in excess of normal wear
and tear. |

Is there a
management company available?
Our three homes are managed by APlus Property
Management. They are available to assist you
with any issues during your stay. |
