Villa Arkadia is a luxury, rural holiday villa for rent in Coral Bay, Cyprus and is offered for weddings and other functions. This villa offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and has a large private pool. It is situated in away-from-it all and private surroundings in a very large orchard plot and yet within a nice walk or a very short drive to the superb Coral Bay Beach and the resort centre with all its amenities.
The villa is situated in a private colourful garden and grounds and is surrounded by open fields, banana plantations and vineyards. Villa Arkadia is a very well maintained property on the outskirts of Coral Bay which enjoys breathtaking views of coast and countryside. Local bars and restaurants are in walking distance and the nearest beach is just over a 1km away.

Booking through the website was really simple and straightforward, everything was clear and easy to follow. The villa was amazing; the pictures don't do it justice! It is in an ideal location; very quiet area yet not too far from Coral Bay and it's amenities. The villa has everything that you could need for a comfortable stay. Andreas, the owner, and his wife are really lovely people; made us feel welcome and couldn't do enough for us. Very much felt like part of their family! It is like home from home, except with beautiful weather, air conditioning, a swimming pool and a lovely garden! Highly recommended and we will be back soon.
Least liked: nothing to dislike
Most liked: privacy, quietness within walking distance or stroll to coral bay, facilities in the villa superb and the owner very helpful.
The location of the villa meant that it was really peaceful, but still easy to get into Coral Bay - a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk. The pool area was lovely and made for a really relaxing holiday.
The villa is superb in every way and Andreas the owner is one if the nicest people you could meet. The welcome pack and meeting Andreas and his lovely wife (and Dexter the dog) when we arrived made a great start to an unforgettable holiday. The pool is fabulous.. Very good wi-fi connection... You can walk to local amenities. We cannot recommend this villa enough. It is beautiful, well cared for and excellent for a family holiday. In fact we rarely left the villa as it so good, but Coral Bay beach is great.
