Charming, secluded coastal area of Ayia Triada is currently one of the most popular residential areas within the Protaras region. Sandy coves along un-spoilt coastal paths are the main attraction of this stretch of coastline nestling between the resorts of Kapparis and Protaras. Within these coves can be found Ayia Triada’s blue flag beach and a small fishing harbour.
With shallow waters it is ideal for families with life guards on duty. A fishing harbour is adjacent to the bay. Other beaches such as Sirena Bay and Golden Coast beach are within a 10 minute walking distance. Boat and fishing trips depart from the new Marina at the Golden Coast beach. A short 5-10 minute car or bus journey will take you to Fig Tree Bay in Protaras; here you will find a large selection of water sports activities.
Ayia Triada and Kapparis have several restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Pernera 2km / 15 mins walk, with a wide choice of bars, restaurants, shops and banks. Protaras 6km away, has a cosmopolitan choice of restaurant and entertainment for both families and adults. Paralimni 5km / 5 mins drive, is the main town in the area with large supermarkets, banks, shops and cafes. The beaches and nightlife of Ayia Napa 10km / 15 min drive.
Within walking distance are supermarkets, restaurants, tavernas and hotels with live music and entertainment. The New coastal walkway between Pernera and Protaras takes 10-15 minutes to walk. The pathway has a contemporary feel and is lit up in the evenings, with water fountains and benches to sit and relax. The Magic Dancing Water display is nearby in Protaras.
