Fantastic villa which is a short walk from the beach and several good tavernas. Lovely well maintained property and pool, WiFi and plenty of room for everyone to find space of their own. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need and welcome pack was most welcome. Supermarket near by as well as the best dive school on the planet. We will be booking again if we can find a slot as this villa is clearly a winner for many and many return year on year as we know hope to do. Clean, cool and welcoming. The hosts are excellent and pool super large and clean. Lovely shaded car port too which was needed at 35 degrees!

The Villa is in a prime location within easy access to the beach and restaurants. The Villa is fabulous with all of the amenities you need while on holiday, it is extremely spacious and the outside space is excellent. The welcome pack was very much appreciated and quite extensive. Our hosts were welcoming and quick to respond when we reached out to them which we very much appreciated. We will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend a visit to this Villa.

A superb property in an ideal family location. High range accommodation within walking distance of amenities including bars and restaurants. The pool and grounds are immaculate and safe. There is nothing that Michael and Koulla have missed - an excellent choice

Great location and spacious beautiful villa
Great communications with owners who left a very comprehensive welcome food pack. Stunning villa with beautiful grounds and pool. Was chilly in the evenings in March but the aircon also provides fan heating which was okay to take the edge off. (Radiators seen in pictures are not in service). Brilliant location very close to the beach and various restaurants and shops. Lovely low-key resort just waking up for the 2024 season.

Five star accommodation in a perfect location and setting. The house is perfect for a family vacation with quality, thoughtfulness and care in ensuring there is everything you need for our stay. Our hosts Koulla and Michalis called in on our first night to introduce themselves and to ensure we were happy with everything. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. The location for restaurants is perfect with a choice of 7 or 8 within 300m and the supermarket and cafe within 50m is perfect. The decorated Christmas tree when we arrived was welcomed as our stay was for 17 days over the Christmas and new year. We would thoroughly recommend the property for a quality vacation and thank our hosts for making it possible for us. We will definitely return again.

Outstanding Villa in a Fabulous Location
My family have just spent 12 days at this fabulous villa. The villa is fantastically positioned within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarket. It is immaculately clean and has everything that you could possibly need. The swimming pool and surrounding outside space are amazing and perfect for enjoying the beautiful Pissouri weather. Koulla is a perfect host and is always available to answer any questions. We will certainly return

Really great place to stay. Welcome pack was a really lovely addition. Pissouri Bay is a great location and this villa is literally 5 minutes stroll from the beach and even less to the fantastic cafe. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic family holiday. Villa is well placed for all amenities, including the beach.

Most liked: Bay view really was a delight for us. The villa had so many places to sit and relax, both indoor and outside. We all felt we had our own private space whenever we wanted it. It was also really safe for the children as the gardens are enclosed. Walking distance to all amenities meant we never worried about running low on supplies. Everything about our stay was wonderful.

Least liked: honestly, we liked everything about the villa.

Bayview villa was absolutely wonderful, it really lived up to the photos on the website. It was very clean and comfortable and very well placed for Pissouri village and all routes for sightseeing etc. Michael and Koulla, the owners, were very friendly and helpful. There were several nice restuarants a few minutes walk away, the best of which was Kastro's, there were also several shops nearby for daily necessities. We would like to stay there again in the future.

The pool area was superb, very clean and with good quality sun loungers and sun shades. The gardens at the back near the pool were well tended. There was also good quality furniture throughout the villa with modern appliances in the kitchen. All crockery and utensils were of a high standard. Overall it was a pleasure to stay at Bayview and the owners are to be congratulated on providing high standard accommodation throughout.

Bayview Villa, is, without doubt, a fantastic place to stay. Pissouri Bay is a small and friendly area which boasts a variety of restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. The beach, with many water sports is also within walking distance. The villa itself lends itself well to both adults and children. It is spacious and well set out and boasts a great outside dining area, sitting area, pool with plenty of sunbeds and lovely gardens. We would have difficulty finding other accommodation so suited to our needs and within the price range of Bayview. Koulla and Michael are excellent hosts. They work hard to maintain their villa to the highest standards and go out of their way to ensure that you have the best holiday. Pissouri Bay is an ideal location for sightseeing and visiting places of interests. It nestles between Paphos and Limmasol with areas of interest all around. Our family have had two wonderful holidays in Bayview and are looking forward to a third! To find a villa in such a convenient location to house a family of eight without us feeling overcrowded was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend Bayview to any family of any age group. A truly magnificient villa to stay in. thank you Koulla and Michael for allowing us to stay and have the perfect family holiday in your villa.

Bayview is a beautiful holiday home and has excellent facilities. It is perfect for families of all ages. The location was perfect with the beach, local restaurants and shops all within walking distance. I have no hesitation in recommending Bayview to anyone who is looking for the perfect holiday home. My family and I had the most wonderful holiday in this villa, the pool was a great favourite with the children who didn't want to leave. The village was lovely and in a great location for visiting both Limasol and Paphos and the surrounding areas. Everyone was very friendly in Pissouri the locals got to know the children very well and they received a lot of free ice-creams from various shopkeepers. I would recommend to anyone with a family and one of my friends is already looking to book. The facilities were home from home and as we had a baby with us as well was just what we needed.

The Villa is beautiful and very well equipped and there are some fantastic restaurants, all close to Villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. and would definitely return to Pissouri and Bayview.

The Bayview Villa is beautiful. It has everything you could wish for in the kitchen! The bedrooms are clean and well presented and what a difference the air conditioning machines make in the evenings. The outdoor area and pool are fantastic. We had BBQ's on the outdoor rotating grill a couple of evenings which was very authentically Greek!! Thank you for helping to make our trip so great!
