Clean villa, met by the family who owned the property, very very friendly people. Beautiful villa - even better than the pictures! Excellent, well-equipped accommodation in ideal quiet, peaceful location but close enough to all amenities. Lovely welcome pack with essentials - including a wonderful local wine! Pool cleaned everyday and mid-stay change of linen very mush appreciated. Owner extremely friendly and we were provided with an abundance of oranges!

Over the last nine years we have Booked this villa five times and not once have we had reason to complain. The last time May 2014 was no exception the only change was the original owner Andreas has now retired and his brother has taken over supervising. He cleans the pool every other day early in the morning so as not to disturb you during the day. The welcome pack is superb and on top of that we received over the two weeks two hands of bananas and a dozen oranges. The villa itself is secluded and the views are to die for. We will be booking again for next year the same villa as in our opinion it would take some beating.

The location of the villa and the views towards the sea are not something the pictures do justice to. The Villa and outside areas are very spacious and well maintained. The foliage has now grown around the boundaries which makes the villas very private and quiet. These properties make for a very relaxing holiday. Finally the weather. Even though it was mid October we had 7 days of cloudless skies and temperatures in the high twenties. The restaurants 'Coral King' in Coral Bay and 'Poseidonas' in Kato Pathos were excellent.

The villa was beautiful, peaceful and reasonably private. A good selection of bars and restaurants within a 15 minute walk - nice to see that Phideus taverna is still going strong! Handy supermarket within a 25 minute walk / short drive to stock up on provisions (Phillipos) - also provide a delivery service - if requested.

This was our fourth stay at Villa Briona and as usual everything was perfect. The brochures flyers left at the villa for restaurants, supermarkets, places of interest etc was very helpful. Just a tip for future guests. All the instructions for the kitchen appliances washing machine,television are in a bottom draw in the kitchen. Would be helpful if the WI FI log in number and password was on view. All in all a perfect holiday and superb service from Getaway Villas. We hope to book again for next year.

The villa is situated in a quiet area and was just perfect to relax and get away from it all, on arrival the villa was clean and very well presented, the view from the rear of the villa is just perfect with stunning views across coral bay area. The villa was very well equipped and very spacious,the supermarkets are close to the villa say half a mile and coral bay close by. It is the perfect place to stay, close to local amenties yet far enough away to be relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa and will most certanly book again for this villa. Having stayed in villas in cyprus many times i would rate this villa as one of the better ones we have stayed in. The pool area is well maintained and the view from the pool area excellent.
