The prices shown are for up to 10 people plus baby in cot. ONE extra person (this doesn't include babies) can be  accommodated on a sofa bed or campbed for an extra GBP 10 per person per night. This can be added to your booking as an extra during the booking process.  Additionally the owners reserve the right to charge a security bond.

- Flat screen 50" LCD TV (local channels) CD and  DVD player in lounge.

- Well equipped kitchen, electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. 

- Guest cloaks.

FIRST FLOOR

- Bedroom 1: Double-bed bedroom fully fitted with ensuite shower-room. Patio door leads to balcony with sea view.

- Bedroom 2: Double-bed bedroom, fully fitted. Patio door leads to balcony with sea view.

- House bathroom, fully fitted.

- Bedroom 3: Twin-bed bedroom fully fitted. Patio door leads to balcony with sea view.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR

- Bedroom 4: Double-bed bedroom fully fitted. Patio door leads to pool and terrace.

- Shower-room, fully fitted.

- Bedroom 5: Twin-bed bedroom fully fitted. Patio door leads to pool and terrace.

- The villa comfortably sleeps 8 adults but if required an extra bed can be provided at no extra cost.

OUTDOORS

- Private swimming pool 8m x 4m with ladders - depth 1m to 1.7m.

- Built in BBQ.

- Shaded terrace furnished for outdoor dining.

- Large well maintained gardens, lawn.

- Sun beds and umbrellas.

The pool is surrounded by paved and grass areas with plenty of room for young children to run around.

A rocky beach is about 200 m away and is good for snorkeling. If you are after a sandy beach then there are a few choices within short driving distance. Also within a 1 km radius (walking distance) you will find a number of shops and restaurants. The large resort of Kato Paphos is only about 3 km away along the Tombs of the Kings road, and the resort of Coral Bay is about 7 km away. A frequent bus service runs from the top of the road (about 550m). Although it is possible to cope without a car we would suggest that car hire would enhance your holiday enjoyment.
