We have stayed at several villas over the years and this one surpassed all the others. The villa is in a great position, peacefull and relaxing as well as being reasonably private. The owners treated us as part of the family. I have already booked for May 2020 and am looking forward to returning.

Most liked: Really easy to book through Getaway Villas . The owners were really lovely people who popped by to keep the pool clean and bring lovely freshly baked cakes . Also lovely presents for our wedding and an amazing welcome pack . The villa its self was very clean and spacious, felt like we were staying in a traditional cyprus house which is what we wanted. Had everything we needed and more. Many thanks to Alexa and Michael. We really enjoyed our stay.

Although fairly close to Coral Bay, the villa area is quiet and private. The pool is lovely and the shaded area under the porch has plenty of chairs and tables. This area is also gated which is really useful if you have young children. The welcome from the owners was genuine; they're very approachable and eager to please. The complimentary starter selection of food was remarkably generous. The furnishings are basic but the villa is roomy and the beds are really comfortable. All-in-all, really good value for an above average villa holiday.

Most liked: Getaway Villas were brilliant and booking this villa was very easy. We had difficulties due to two people being unable to come on holiday at last minute and the changes to booking were very simple. Villa Eriketi is absolutely fantastic. This was our second time to Cyprus and 2nd time to Villa Eriketi. We wouldnt want to stay anywhere else. The villa is beautifully situated in the country side (only a mile or two away from Coral Bay)and is in a lovely quiet location with beautiful views. The villa is very well laid out, large and immaculately clean. Alexia and Michael make you feel very welcome and are lovely hosts. In our two weeks staying there, we had 2 home made cakes, pancakes and they even bought our daughter a lovely present. Thank you so much. The Facilities and Pool at the villa are great making us prefer days at the villa to the local (very good) beaches. We hope to return to Villa Eriketi next year.

After a late arival the welcome basket was much appreciated and very generous. Every morning the pool was cleaned and pool area tidied.There was also Wi-Fi access with the codes waiting for us. On the 2nd day the owners baked us a cake which was a nice touch. Can't get over how spacious the Villa was. Our friend is based in Cyprus with the army and regularly books villas/appartments away from base and he was really impressed which says it all.

Most liked: what's not to like, the villa was lovely, clean and well laid out, we were left a lovely welcome pack on arrival and Alexia and her cooking, we had her Pastitsio left for us one morning, also chocolate marble cake, cheesecake and she made us some pancakes one morning and brought them round for us to have while they were still warm before she cleaned the Villa. Michael kept the pool clean and he even emptied it and got some fresh water delivered to refill it (he made an error and knocked the handle that emptied it by mistake lol) lovely family. This was our sixth visit to Cyprus and the villa was probably the best we have stayed in, one to reccommend.

Back home after a lovely holiday in Villa Eriketi. We love Cyprus and the weather was super again! The villa was lovely as were the owners who looked after the pool and also made us very welcome with a comprehensive welcome pack and some home cooking!!
The gated area around the villa was superb for us with us having two toddlers with us. Michael even brought three padlocks for the gates so our elder toddler could not open them. This made for a very relaxing time round the villa for us.
Once again, a great holiday and we hope to go back.

We have been holidaying in Cyprus for 24 years and have stayed in many different villa's, Eriketi Villa is by far and away the best one yet. Previous villa's have been very good in some aspects but not so good in others, whereas Eriketi ticked all the boxes. It is exactly as described on your website, stunning and peaceful location, very private, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. What makes this property stand out from the others though, are the owners Michael and Alexia, they were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Michael cleaned the pool early every morning so we were not disturbed during the day, and Alexia made us some lovely Cypriot meals, tasty cakes and cheesecakes. The welcome pack was very good and Alexia brought us ice cream and also fruit from their orchard.
I cannot recommend this villa highly enough, we certainly hope to go back next year.

We wanted to write to let you know we have had a wonderful time staying in Villa Eriketi over the last ten days.
Alexia and Michael were extremely welcoming and provided a great welcome pack and we were privileged to be able to sample some of Alexia's home cooking, as she kindly dropped some cakes, pasta and meatball dishes in to us during our stay.
The villa itself is excellent; it is in a great location and we found it very spacious and the pool area and gardens are lovely. It was quite a wrench to leave the villa and return to England! We hope to return again in the near future.

We had a lovely holiday at villa Eriketi. It was in a lovely setting and the villa, pool and garden were all beautifully clean. We loved being in the orchard, and we picked pounds of wind-blown lemons from around the trees. We grated them, squeezed them and made bottles of old-fashioned lemonade - delicious! We were given a very good welcome pack including a big bowl of apricots and peaches from the orchard, and a vase of roses on the table. My aunt said that it was the best welcome pack that she had known (she has kept an eye on several villas in Coral Bay over the years). ....The car hire worked out well - thank you for arranging this. We have already recommended Villa Eriketi to other English friends and have given them your contact address. We would certainly go there again

PS. At last I have seen a chukar! All the times I have been to Cyprus, I have heard this bird but was never able to see it, but one chukar spent quite a lot of time in the field across the road.
