Villa Kalli is a newly built villa, finished to a high quality standard and offers spacious and comfortable living both inside and out. It is situated in the village of Pomos, right on the beach with unobstructed views of the Pomos coastline, harbour, mountains and sea not to mention the amazing year round sunsets destined to capture your heart forever.

Notice:​The aircon and underfloor heating are on a separate consumption meter and will be read on arrival and on departure. The owner will take a €100 deposit at the start of the stay for a one or two week stay (or pro-rata for longer stays). There is 1 a/c unit in the living room and 1 in each bedroom. You will be charged at the prevailing cost rates per kWh of electricity used. For indicative purposes only - with sensible use of the facilities say - using all a/c units when needed with appropriate temperature settings and windows and doors closed the consumption cost should not exceed 15 euros per day.
