A great place to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the magnificent nature. Beautiful, well-thought-out territory, everything is done with great love. On the territory there are palm trees, cypress, roses, thuja, juniper and many other different plants. Lizards, a cat came to us and butterflies flew. A wonderful view from almost any part of the house. You can put a sun lounger right by the cliff and look at the sea all day and breathe this air. Excellent lighting of the territory and the pool. When we arrived, there was a lot of food in the refrigerator, as if we had come to visit. I have never seen anything like this. The house has a great grill area. The kitchen is small, but very well equipped. We had a lot of fun outdoors all the time, so the size of the house was not important to us. A good secluded beach is 4 minutes to the east. We felt great, thanks to the owners for this experience. I wish everyone to try it.

Kaiti is such a wonderful host, she supplies the biggest welcome pack I have ever experienced. This is our second visit to this fabulous property and hopefully we will return again. It really feels like a home from home as all the items you would need are supplied, hairdryers, cleaning products, cooking utensils, BBQ utensils and there was even the coals( we did leave some to pass on the good will).

A must is to visit some winery for tastings, the wine is such a good price too.

Beautiful view!!! Very functionally arranged terrace/barbecue area/swimming pool. Inside everything you need to function (kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, wifi, air conditioning, etc.) Great pool, huge, constantly filtered. Constant, nice contact with the owner, problems solved on an ongoing basis. Fantastic rest. We recommend it wholeheartedly

The view of the house is exceptional. A lot of charm. We had a great stay. The basket stocked on arrival is perfect. The house is perfectly equipped. We were looking for calm so we were delighted. We were crazed by the sound of the waves. Magic!

The kitchen is a little bit small. Maybe bedrooms could be a little bigger. But that is a minnow. Our the main time was spent out of the villa admiring the beautiful surroundings.

The villa was amazing because it was in an amazing location, out the way and just nice to relax and unwind. The views from the villa were also out of this world  - getting to see the sunrise from the bedroom window was nice. The pool was lovely and the agents were also absolutely amazing couldn't do enough for us

If you want to totally chill this is the place for you. Stayed in lots of villas in the past but this is by far the best and we are already planning a return visit. Made full use of the BBQ and the welcome pack meant we didn't have to shop for quite a few days. The shaded patio area was fantastic and the view from it simply breathtaking.

This is a very well cared-for villa with a great pool and a gorgeous outlook over the Med. The huge shaded veranda is absolutely stunning. A truly relaxing holiday, thank you.

Such a quiet place to relax with a view that any one would die for. We really didnt want to leave and will come back again, perhaps a little earlier in the year althought the temperature was ideal but the days a little on the short side, The Local people were wonderful and very welcoming such a nice thing to experience these days.
 

That terrace! We went there to relax, the superb views over the sea, shady but warm was just perfect. We lived there.

The peace and serenity of an unspoiled location, it is another World.

The location is excellent and waking up looking over the sea was perfect for our honeymoon. The villa is removed from the touristy areas and was peaceful and quiet. The pool was great and the outside dining area very nice also. Would love to stay there again, possibly with other friends to make the Villa more cost effective. It was just right for our honeymoon and really allowed us just to spend the week relaxing. Polis is close by car and Latchi where we hired boat for the day. Would certainly book again.

Villa Kallinousa is a perfect getaway in a gloriously quiet and beautiful location. Waking up to a view of the sea every morning was a delight. And the outdoor space and garden offer so many different places to sit and take in the view. This part of Cyprus is very quiet in the off-season and I guess that might not appeal to everyone, but for us it was ideal.

Already living in Cyprus, my partner and I just wanted to go somewhere peaceful where we could relax and enjoy the views. The villa was perfect for what we wanted. The pool was a nice size, lovely to relax around and not overlooked by the road or neighbours. The views from the villa are stunning and it was lovely sitting on the veranda in the mornings eating breakfast looking at the sea.

Spectacular views, with windows that slide right away to make the most of them. Wonderful to wake up and look straight out over glistening bay. In the evening, the villa and garden/pool area are beautifully lit, with a full outside kitchen area with traditional barbecue, bread oven, sink etc. Breathtaking mountain walks (and drives!) on your doorstep. Perfect villa for smaller families seeking more out-of-the-way base to explore the region (or just laze by the pool), and very helpful local manager on hand to offer advice & assistance. Would love to return one day.

First time in Cyprus - Unbeatable location for views, peacefulness. Nice and private - right on the beach - excellent spot. Sunshine on pool all day so great for sunbathing! Chrysoula was very helpful - pointed out seacaves which were great. Welcome pack a real bonus especially local tomatoes and lemons (not to mention the wine)! Latchi has some great tavernas. Would love to return next spring.
