We loved the outside garden space and terrace. Every morning was fabulous, waking up in this gorgeous environment. At first, we were slightly overwhelmed as the space was much bigger than we thought. But soon we realized it was perfectly cozy and comfortable.
The TV was a bit difficult to navigate and we never found a connection to the system as we are not android users.

Fantastic mountain-front accommodation with exceptional views. The landlords are extremely friendly and can be reached anytime......A really nice holiday home.

We enjoyed our stay at villa Koumneni very much. The house, which was very comfortable and beautifully decorated, is set in a small village in the mountains but close to the sea. We appreciated the peace and quiet, the eggs in the morning, the fruit from the tree, the outdoor space. But above all, we liked the owner's hospitality. They were very welcoming and came several times bearing gifts. We spent a great vacation there and can only warmly recommend the place.

Everything was done exceptionally well....The villa was just wonderful if you like the peace and quiet and understand that you will have to drive to places.

A beautifully presented villa both inside and out. Our lovely hosts Andry and Panos made us feel really welcomed and were easily contactable should we have needed any help or advice. The pool is definitely the biggest we've had in a rented villa and the best way to keep cool in the sweltering August heat. The villa is well equipped to meet all your needs and the kitchen appliances are modern and easy to use. The air con' units in the bedrooms and living room area were quiet and did a great job keeping us comfortable during the evening and at night The property is rural and very peaceful. The extensive gardens seclude it from neighbouring villas. Just a short drive into the village of Kathikas where a mini market has all the essentials you might need plus several lovely restaurants/taverna's to eat out in or to pick up a takeaway to enjoy back at the villa if you prefer an evening in. A short ten minute drive from the villa brings you to the nearest petrol station and a twenty five minutes drive form the villa will take you into Latchi or Polis. Alternatively in the opposite direction its twenty five minutes into Coral Bay. The hens provide more eggs than you can possibly eat and fresh eggs for breakfast collected straight from the coop was a new experience for us city dwellers The friendly, resident villa cat was there to greet us every morning and would keep us company throughout the day lounging on his own cat bed waiting for his next tit bit. There was nothing not to like about this holiday and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly relaxing holiday in this beautiful area of Cyprus.

The villa was beautiful and the owner couldn't have been more helpful. Booking through your company was simple and your guidance through the whole process from original booking to final confirmation and directions to the villa was excellent.

From the moment I went on the website, I knew I was in safe hands. The help from Scott in finding the exact villa we were looking for, to the time we came home, we didn't encounter a problem. Villa Koumneni is amazing. Rural quiet location, set in an orange grove and overlooking vineyards and the troodos mountains, what more could you want?

 Andry, the owner was so lovely and helpful. Brought us fruit and walnuts and a lovely welcome pack which meant we didn't have to worry about going out for supplies for a couple of days.The villa is large, clean and modern, we wanted for nothing. Take binoculars, as there is plenty of birds and wildlife to look at. It is a pearl hidden in the oyster shell.

Location, villa, owner, gardens, chickens, cat, peaceful - a lovely villa inside and out in very peaceful surroundings.  Perfect as it is. So lovely in all ways and made so welcome by the owner Andry really made our holiday a very enjoyable one.

Paradise

Our flight was delayed. But Andry still welcomed us with a big smile and had even spaghetti waiting on the stov.. This is THE best place to relax: no one around, no noise, extremely charming village, all necessary comfort to hang in/around the house at night.

Great location not very far from the sea but no humidity. Lovely decoration house well equipped and practical. Nice and peaceful village, several restaurants in the near by villages. Everything was perfect.

Warm welcome to a peaceful, tranquil villa which provided all manner of fruit plus fresh eggs from the garden. A highlight for me was helping neighbours bring in the olive harvest. Everything was perfect.
