Villa Lula a luxury beach holiday villa for rent in Ayia Napa, Cyprus. This in-resort villa is in walking distance to one of the best beaches on the island, Nissi Beach, has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8) and has a private pool. Situated in peaceful residential area in a large mature landscaped garden this spacious villa is tastefully firnished and well equipped. A quiet retreat way from the hustle and bustle of Ayia Napa but walking distance to all amenities.

Thanks for our lovely holiday in villa Lula - excellent, location was good, short walk to bars and beach. Pool was great and cleaned often - villa was lovely thank you.
Most liked: Wonderful stay in this large clean spacious villa. Great location close to Nissi Avenue with shops and restaurants, close to absolutely beautiful beaches, Close to Ayia Napa. Lovely pool- well maintained. Good amount of sunbeds. Owner approachable and allowed us a late check out which was amazing and made an enormous difference to us. Very comfortable sofa, large dining tables, lots of chairs, good tv, spacious wardrobes. Driveway big enough for 2 cars. Owner very helpful with using safe which had been disabled by previous guests.
Most liked:This was our first time in a villa, booking was easy straight forward and quick to respond with any queries. The villa itself was exactly as described couldn't fault anything. We loved this experience so much that we have decided this is the way we are going to spend our holidays in the future. Such a beautiful villa, amenities close by. Would definitely book this villa again, thankyou.
Could be improved: Couldn't fault it at all.
