ON THE BEACH!!! Villa Mare Beach is a luxury holiday villa for rent on the beach in Argaka, Cyprus. Architect designed in an ultra-modern style this fabulous beach front position villa offers 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8) and has a private pool. It is located in a large plot on the beach, a short drive from Polis, Latchi and the Akamas Peninsula. Furnished and equipped to a high standard inside and out (free WiFi) the villa has been cleverly designed for every room to have a panoramic view of the Mediterranean coastline and Akamas Peninsula to the front.
The location and views really are second to none. A perfect oasis on the beach with nearest neighbour sister villa Anthiana-Beach-Villa 100m away.
Please kindly note that the Owner prefers Saturday to Saturday bookings particularly in the peak season.

- Fitted large kitchen complete with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, blender, toaster, coffee and juice maker.
- Fully equipped guest cloakroom.
- Bedroom 1: Double-bed bedroom fully fitted with ensuite shower-room. Patio doors lead to glass fenced veranda with unobstructed sea view.

From the garden/pool area you can walk just a few meters to a sandy beach. Enjoy pleasant walks along this lovely 4km-long beach, to water-front tavernas along the coast line and back.
Please note that for 2024 bookings the rental INCLUDE the responsible usage of air condition unit the bedrooms. The large a/c unit in the living room remains an optional extra payable locally at €8.5 per day, at the start of your stay.

Amazing location right on the shoreline and no neighbours.
Most liked: We hired this villa and the one adjoining for our two families as we were getting married. The owners could not have been nicer, they were so friendly and an absolute pleasure. This villa was amazing and I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Agarka. It was clean, no signs or tiredness, the pool was brilliant and really spacious. We loved every minute there.
Villa was fantastic,the owner turned up soon after our arrival which really helped. The villa and position were as described on the website which was honest. We had the most amazing time. With little extras like the welcome pack, fresh figs and a homebaked cake.

From the infinity pool to the picturesque sunsets, the view from the villa is picture-postcard perfection. Inside the villa, the rooms have a light and airy feel and the oversized windows in every room bring in the view. It is comfortable and clean and the perfect villa for a relaxing retreat.
