Wonderful villa with great owners pool was very nice and overall we had a relaxing holiday....on the negative side opposite they was noise from someone building a dwelling and machinery working on the land I know these things cannot be helped just really did not want to hear this

Most liked: Villa Marias Paradise is perfect in every way. The views over the sea are stunning. The outdoor area is beautiful. The gardens have well established trees and flowers. Its nice to watch the lizards basking in the sun. The owners are lovely. They make you really welcome and even bring fruit and desserts.

Could be improved: Nothing about the villa or getaway villas can be improved. Everything was perfect.

Cyprus is very special to us - we've been coming since 1973! We discovered Argaka and Ayia Marina about 5 years ago, alway renting a villa - Maria Paradise is superb! The pool, garden, views and comfort are outstanding.

Coming from such a beautiful destination ourselves we were delighted by Ayia Marina and by this villa- absolutely stunning! We have throughly enjoyed not just every minute but every second of our stay. The views are breathtaking and the wild life entertaining. We all love cooking so the BBQ has been great fun, producing some memorable meals - adding to the special memories we are carrying home. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. Can't wait to come back next year.

Everything about this villa was spot on, and the space was amazing, we didn't expect it to be so big! The pool area and it's fantastic views were just perfect. Most of my holiday pictures are of the sunsets from the pool. This is the first time I've wanted to return to a villa. Loved it

They arrived with cake, caramel dessert, more fruit than we could eat, tomatoes, homemade cheese... unbelievable. Lovely people, we could not have been made more welcome.

The villa was in a beautiful location looking out towards the sea. It was quiet and peaceful but with good access to towns. The villa itself was perfect for our needs. All the bedrooms were spacious and the bathroom facilities were good. The pool was lovely, although a little cold at this time of the year. The hospitality of the owners was fantastic, they visited us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and even brought us some sweet treats which was a fantastic added touch. We had a fantastic stay at this villa and would definitely stay again.

The Villa was perfectly designed and equiped for a holiday of this type and in a beautiful location. The Villa owners were extremely helpful and concerned that we enjoyed our stay. It was reassuring to know that if we had any problems there was someone nearby to help.

We stayed for 3 weeks as a family of 6 including 4 teenagers. The property was excellent and the owners were the most friendly, helpful, attentive and kind that we have ever experienced in renting villas over the last 20 years. The area is particularly suited to those guests who want to be away from the crowds and the tourist hotspots yet experience life closer to the true Cypriot culture and lifestyle. The house and pool are fantastic with beautiful views to match. We really couldn't fault it and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

The owners were the most polite we have met and did not barge in like previous owners we've experienced. The layout of the pool, bbq and seating is perfect and the views at sunset are stunning

In the last 10 years we have stayed in a number of villas both in Cyprus and the Canaries, the Maria Paradise villa has to be one of the best. A high standard of construction, spacious rooms (especially the master bedrooms), SPOTLESSLY clean and set in a beautiful plot in a quiet secluded location, add to this a fantastic sea view over Chrysochou bay and it really is a little bit of holiday paradise. We also liked the fact that Agarka is not as 'touristy' as Paphos, Coral Bay, etc we found some great restaurants and taverns in Polis and the local area, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave!
 

We had the most perfect holiday at Maria's Paradise villa. Exactly what we wanted with beautiful views and perfect peace!
The villa was exactly as described and not "over sold" in any way. Everything was of a high standard and completely met our expectations, everything you could possibly need was available and the villa, pool and grounds were immaculately clean and tidy. The welcome pack was excellent, the owners visited twice to ensure everything was in order and brought lovely home made cake and sweets. I even left with a hand made gift from the owners wife to remember the holiday.
It will be very hard to match this holiday but we will definitely be visiting Cyprus again and will certainly book through your company. It is a great delight to find a company that delivers exactly as expected, to such high standards and makes everything so simple!

Well thought-out villa that makes really good use of it's position, with great views from balconies and eating area whether you're eating breakfast or enjoying a drink looking out over the bay as the sun sets. It was spotless and well furnished with nice areas of shade and a lovely pool. We had great weather when we stayed and coastal location usually meant a nice sea breeze kept things comfortable.

Second visit to this villa. Cant praise it highly enough. The area is so peaceful and the views all round are stunning. The villa is spotlessly clean and the owners are charming and can not do enough to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Cyprus - not for the night owls though. There are some very good restaurants within short driving distance but Polis is the nearest Town for something more lively.

Gorgeous villa. Very peaceful. Views to die for especially from the upstairs balcony. Spotlessly clean. Owners very nice, arriving on day two with a fresh homemade pudding and to check that all was well and then later in the week with fresh fruit from their own orchard. Great walking straight from the gate up into Pafos forest on the slopes of the Troodos Mountains. Are we going back next year? You bet!!

Lovely villa, very well equipped, very nice owners who brought us fresh fruit twice but then left us to it. You need a car. We found a great restaurant in the little harbour at Pomos the Kanalli, nothing fancy just relaxed and friendly and good food. Also ate at the harbour in Latchi a number of times, Molos restaurant was our favourite but plenty of restaurants to choose from there. Went to Paphos twice - a 50 minute slightly hair-raising drive through the mountains at night with the sharp bends, also the best supermarket was in Polis 10 - 15 minutes away. Everyone very friendly and helpful wherever we went. I forgot my map and owner dropped one in.

Every small detail at the Maria Paradise Villa is clearly thought out. From the magical way the entrance door opens, to the architectural design of the space. We were four couples in one house, and when we went to our individual rooms, it felt as if we were just the two of us in front of the sea. The lanlords are very nice and welcoming, they came to fix a light that burnt out, and even left us a home made cake.

A well maintained, well thought out villa with good quality fixtures and fittings. The pool was always crystal clear, the sun beds were comfortable and the umbellas large enough to give real shade. The views over the bay and sunsets are outstanding, particularly from the upstairs balconies. There are two shaded areas outside with large tables that are ideal for dining at any time of day. This was our 10th villa in Cyprus and it is one of the best. The owners were friendly and helpful giving us home produced cakes and treats without being obtrusive. I can recommend it wholeheartedly and would love to go back another year.

Most liked: On arrival at villa Maria Paradise our first impression was "WOW" we have chosen a winner here. On entering the villa we were suprised by the excellent starter pack provided by the owners. Everything about the villa was outstanding, the owners Mr Angellos and his wife Yiannoulla made us feel very welcome, and were always providing us with goodies - homemade cake and desserts ect. Their hospitality and friendliness helped make our stay truly enjoyable. For many years we have rented holiday villas, and Maria Paradise ranks as one of the best.

The villa was fantastic, spacious and lovely, pool was great. The welcome and thoughtfulness of the owners. They were very nice, we arrived to milk, bread, coffee etc which was excellent and a great help. They also dropped off some really nice local food for us, they made us feel very very welcome.
