Villa Napa-Air is beach holiday villa for rent in Ayia Napa, Cyprus. This in-resort villa is within walking distance to the Sandy Bay Beach, has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and has a private pool. This ideally situated beach villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard both internally and externally and is ideally situated within walking distance to all the local amenities. The villa has the added advantage of a roof top terrace with wonderful views, just the spot to enjoy a cocktail as the sun sets. Fantastic location, 600m from Sandy Bay Beach and less than 1.5km to Nissi beach famous for its golden sand and turquoise clear waters and the resort centre of Ayia Napa.

Superb.
The place is perfect but you have to tolerate loud music 24/7 from the surrounding houses as there are many groups of young people who come to party.
Nice area close to the center, new neighborhood, quiet, the house was having everything we wanted, barbecue with all its accessories, pool was clean.
I recommend the place definitely!
The villa is situated in a ideal location with easy walking distance to beaches , night life and plenty of excellent restaurants just round the corner , the villa is very spacious and nice and peaceful with it been tucked away just off Nissi avenue , overall we had a nice relaxing holiday and would / will stay here again .
