Villa Napa-Elite34 is a luxury beach holiday villa for rent in Ayia Napa, Cyprus. This beautiful villa is situated on a hill above Ayia Napa, walking distance to the town and beach (just over 1km), has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and has a private pool. The villa is modern, cool and contemporary in design and furnishings and is equipped to a high standard both internally and externally. The villa has the added advantage of a roof top terrace with wonderful views, just the spot to enjoy a cocktail as the sun sets.   

Please note that this villa accepts bookings of 1 week or more only. A shorter booking may be considered if it fills in an existing short gap between bookings.

Lovely stay. Good location, safe and secure. Easy access and good communication. Nissi Beach is a good 10minutes away and was our favourite spot. Plenty of nearby restaurants.

The villa was beautiful and so was the private pool. It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The location is fantastic, but may need a car to get to the nicer beaches.
