Villa Nasia is a luxury beach holiday villa for rent in Latchi (Latsi) Cyprus. This secluded villa offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 7) and has a large private pool.

A villa which certainly has the wow factor, great modern design and beautifully furnished with the most amazing outdoor space. Located in one of the most attractive resort areas of the island, this well equipped villa is situated in a large private plot amongst the olive groves with landscaped lush garden and sea views.  Less than 2km from Latchi marina where you can enjoy all the activities, wonderful restaurants and the beach with sunbeds and parasols. Polis is a short drive away with many more restaurants to enjoy.

- Entrance leading to the very spacious open plan living area with ceiling fans, comprising of:

- Lounge area with fireplace and flat screen IPTV  (connects to UK channels). Patio doors lead to terrace and pool.

- Bar with seating for 6 where you can enjoy a cocktail or two.

- Dining area with 2nd sitting room area off.

- Modern kitchen complete with eye level double oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven  etc.

- Guest cloaks/ shower-room fully fitted

- Bedroom 1: Master bedroom fully fitted with ensuite bathroom, TV and walk in wardrobe. Patio door leads to veranda with sea view. (Travel cot and additional child bed).

The nearby village of Neo Chorio is a winding village of stone cottages and white-washed houses. It's maintained its rustic charm with local traditions and customs still in evidence but you will also find 3 tavernas and 2 small food stores! The region is ideal for nature lovers and ramblers alike, boasting some spectacular areas such as the Troodos mountains and the Akamas peninsula. But the area is also brimming with activities. Visit the Latchi Watersports centre or the Aphrodite Water Park and try scuba-diving, jet-skiing or sailing.

Latchi offers a selection of restaurants, which surround the beautiful harbour area. The picturesque village of Polis can be reached within a 5-minute drive. Polis offers an additional choice of restaurants, bars and shops all located within the square.

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Nasia last week. A very nice property in a wonderful environment with a wide view. We stayed at Villa Nasia with 7 persons, there was enough space to live for everybody. A spacious villa, well equiped. The photo's presented at the website, does present the real situation.

Fabulous villa in a quiet setting with an excellent infinity type pool. The villa is large with three separate bedrooms, two double and one with twin beds. They all have a tv. Well equipped big kitchen with plenty of space and many cupboards plus crockery and cutlery. There is an elevated seating area above the 'L' shaped living room with a large tv. The living room has plenty of space with lots of seating plus a dining table and chairs. Outside there are several places to sit in the shade and in the sun. Sun loungers with two umbrellas are provided. There is a table and chairs for four people at the rear of the villa which is ideal for breakfast ! There is a car port under cover by the front door and the washing machine is located ahead of this, also under cover.We had a hire car which I think is preferable and its only a ten minute drive to the shops in Latchi or the restaurants. Its only a 15 minute drive to Polis where there are a selection of very good restaurants.

This is a very well-equipped and spacious villa - as a family of four we had loads of space and it felt quite luxurious. The kitchen was one of the best-equipped of any villa we've stayed in, and the drawer full of herbs and condiments was a great help so we didn't have to buy absolutely everything to be able to make some delicious meals. We made good use of the barbecue outside.  A beautiful escape to the sun.
