Villa Nayia Paradise is a holiday villa for rent in the wider Coral Bay area, Cyprus and is offered for weddings and other functions. This away-from-it-all, luxury, secluded villa offers 5 bedrooms (sleeps 10), each with ensuite bathroom facilities. It has a very large, toddler friendly, gated pool with large private gardens. It is located between Kissonerga and Tala near Paphos town and Coral Bay with panoramic views of the Paphos coastline.

GROUND FLOOR
- Entrance hall leading to the spacious open plan living room and dining area which seats 8 comfortably plus breakfast bar and bar stools. Patio doors leading to terrace and pool.
- 42" Plasma IPTV, DVD and X-Box (with 100 games) in the lounge.
- Fitted kitchen complete with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine and water cooler for the drinkable villa water plus seperate fridge for bottled water if preferred.
- Bedroom 1: Double-bed bedroom, fully fitted with ensuite bathroom.
- Bedroom 2: Twin-bed bedroom, fully fitted with ensuite shower.
- Both of these bedrooms have patio doors leading to the pool terrace.
- Guest cloakroom.
FIRST FLOOR
- Bedroom 3: Twin-bed bedroom fully fitted with ensuite bathroom.
- Bedroom 4: Twin-bed bedroom, fully fitted with ensuite shower-room.
These bedrooms share a balcony with pool/sea views.
- Bedroom 5: Double-bed bedroom, fully fitted with ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe and private balcony.
Each of the 5 bedrooms has a High Definition / LED 32 inch tv with 2 HDMI and USB port and hair dryer.
Two cots and highchairs can be provided on request.
All bedrooms and main living areas have air conditioning units, and the whole house is fully centrally heated for comfortable living throughout the year, as required. There is a remote alarm system throughout the villa (no cameras)
This villa also has wireless internet (2MB).
OUTDOORS
- Private swimming pool 12m x 6m with roman steps and ladders - depth TBC.
- Pool-side shower.
- Sun beds and parasols.
- Built in BBQ.
- Shaded and sunny terraces furnished for al fresco dining.

An added feature for families with young children is that the swimming pool terrace is gated and enclosed by railings.
Nayia Paradise nestles amongst fields and orange groves behind the village of Kissonerga and enjoys privacy and seclusion with superb views of hills, countryside and the sea.

Most liked: This is the best villa I have stayed in in Cyprus and I have been visiting the country for over 12 years. I found the website easy to use with a wide range of villas and prices we chose this villa because of its size and the amount of things to do for the kids also with small children the pool was fenced off for safety. The owner came to see us to make sure everything was ok he was very helpful.
Could be improved: nothing
We loved this villa, really living in luxury and very private and peaceful. . We had one small problem with the Wi-Fi on arrival and the very kind, attentive owner sorted it within half an hour. We would definitely return.
Lovely big villa. Huge pool with safety gates. No nearby villas so could be noisy in pool and not upset the neighbours...good elevated view with lovely breeze. Great.
We might book again
For 10 days we really were in paradise, everything was superb. We celebrated my 60th birthday with a family holiday and wanted somewhere special with a gated pool altogether 8 adults and 4 children ages 5,4, 2, & 8 month old baby. We love the climate in Cyprus always sunny with a gentle breeze. We hired 2 cars (4x4 & saloon) so we could sightsee as a group or individual family units. Great to have relaxed dining outside the villa which is fully equipped with absolutely everything you could wish for inside and out. The owner of the villa Tasos & his brother were delightful people and very kind. A lovely welcome pack of necessities & more waiting for us on arrival. To sum up all exceeded our expectations. Thank you also to Getaway-Villas for all their help.
Villa Nayia Paradise truly is Paradise. We would certainly return for another family holiday. Fantastic private position and views just a short 5 min in car to shops, handy for the beach at Coral Bay and only 20 mins to Pafos. Perfect location as a sightseeing base - Troodos mountains & gorgeous villages, monasteries, fabulous secluded bays with fantastic scenery, wonderful taverns for great food. The island has a lot of very interesting history and we had truly a memorable holiday. We will return. Many thanks to Tasos the owner.
