The booking was easy and efficient, the villa was excellent and the pool was perfect for ourselves and our six grandchildren. The villa owner was on hand for any problems that we had and on the two occasions that we needed him, he responded promptly. The villa's location was excellent just a five minute walk into coral bay... All in all a lovely stay in a lovely spacious villa with a large pool and plenty of sunbeds.table tennis and pool table were an added bonus which kept the children occupied when they weren't in the pool. We wouldn't hesitate to book the villa again if we had another family celebration. Got to give our experience a 10 out of 10 score.

Most liked:  Right from booking to key and directions information, Getaway Villas was first class.  The first night we had a problem with one air conditioning unit which was sorted by Caroline the same day. The Villa was fantastic with wonderful gardens and grounds and large pool and had everything you needed and a great touch was the welcome pack which was great the first morning after a arrival. Location great 10 mins to supermarket and main strip. Pool cleaned regularly and house keeping halfway though our stay. Overall great Villa and location.

Good location, excellent views from the bedroom balconies, pool table, table tennis and of course the pool were used quite a lot. The villa met our expectations 

Overall, all good. May even use this villa again if we have another family holiday. 

Villa perfect, ideal location, pool very welcome on late arrival. Plenty of room for children to enjoy themselves, adequate shaded areas for all.

Most liked: The size of the villa was a pleasant surprise, much bigger than expected! The grounds were quite large too, and the pool and patio area were very nice with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The villa is tastefully decorated and has all mod cons you would expect. There is an excellent supermarket a 7 minute walk away, and lots of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance so you don't need to hire a car.

Extremely good location with all bars resteraunts, supermarket and amenities close by, good location to explore other towns from.

The Pool was fantastic. The villa is far more spacious than it looks in the pictures.

Most liked: The villa is a great retreat for families and friends looking for a car-free holiday - It's not overlooked,  It easily accommodated 12 of us, with plenty of room in communal areas so that you weren't sitting on top of one and other. Great BBQ area with pool table and table tennis, as well as enough sunbeds for everyone. The local supermarket is in walking distance and offers a great free home delivery service for you and your shopping, which is very handy for crates of beer and bottles of water. To save on money we took the bus from Paphos Airport to Paphos Harbour and then from the Harbour to Coral Bay (the bus stop is on the right handside as you come out of the airport) and you get off the bus just before the roundabout at Coral Bay outside Pizza Hut). The villa is then a short walk up the hill, the first house you come to.

Location and size of the villa. Lovely big pool and nice sea views. Lovely owner.

Most liked: This villa is fantastic for families looking for a wonderful holiday in a great setting. The owners of the villa were on hand and could not have been any more helpful. When we arrived we could not find the cot for our Grandson. I sent a text message to the owner whose contact details were on our paperwork and they arrived within 10 minutes to show us where the cot was stored and showed us how to work the various items in the villa. 

Location, Location, Location. At just a 2-3 minute walk from Coral Bay main Hight Street the villa is ideally located. There is no need to hire a car unless you wish to travel further afield. The owners of the villa are some of the nicest I have had the pleasure to meet and are very welcoming and helpful. The villa is outstanding and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The villa was spacious, well laid out and well equipped. Lovely views too. It easily accommodated 11 of us, and we particularly liked the outside loggia where we spent much of our time together. It is an easy walk to "the strip" which had everything we needed for a great holiday.

The villa is very spacious so you do not feel on top of each other if you are staying in a large group. All the rooms are of good size. There are amazing views from all the rooms and the pool is also very big.

A beautiful and large villa, close to all amenities. enclosed in a large garden it felt very private and perfect for a large party of people. We had a wonderful holiday and would certainly like to return again.

Very impressed with the size of the villa and the location. Alot closer to the shops and bars than we expected, yet set far enough back to remain very peaceful. The locals and the area was very nice, plenty of choice of restuarants and bars. The views from the villa were amazing, nearly every room had a seaview, and the rest had lovely views of the mountains. Very clean rooms, and the pool was cleaned several times during over two-week stay. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and were only a phonecall away when needed. Would like to thank the owners for allowing us to stay a couple of hours later until our taxi's arrived at no extra cost. These little extra's were very much appreciated.

The villa was so lovely and spacious. In an ideal location not far from bars and restaurants but you still felt it was your own private area within the villa. Villa was lovley and clean and the pool was cleaned out during the week.The pool area was great with a beautiful view. Would definitely like to return in the future!

Had a fantastic stay, the villa is spacious with lovely gardens with fruit tree's. Lovely large pool, space for numerous vehicles. Short walk from amenities.

The spaciousness of the villa, its position in relation to the resort area, the pool area and its equipment, the extensive grounds the seating arrangements under the outdoor arcaded area and the barbecue were excellent and very much appreciated by all of us.

As always, we had a great time in a tremendous Villa. We took 3 generations of our Family to celebrate my Dads 80th and everybody ghad a great time. The whole package was really great, brilliant Villa near enough to all the restaurants bars and shops to walk easily but far enough to not hear any noise at all.

We had a lovely week at Villa Nicola, the villa was perfect, the pool lovely and the location perfect for the town and beach.

The villa was stunning, spotless and incredibly spacious and was in a really convenient spot 5 minutes walk to Coral Bay and well situated for exploring the West of the island. We had a truly wonderful time and will return!

The garden and pool area were excellent, with plenty of room for all. The kitchen was well appointed with clean and modern appliances.

The location of Villa Nicola is excellent - just a short walk to the bars, restaurants, shops and beach of Coral Bay, but set nicely in the hills away from the noise of the resort centre. The view from the elevated position (and bedroom balconies) is beautiful.

Just to say we have just had a great 2 weeks stay at the Villa Nicola in Coral Bay, the Villa was amazing, very clean and had everything that you could want and more and I would recommend to large groups, the resort itself had all that you needed and the beaches were spot on.
