Very cozy and comfortable place. A comfortable kitchen, a cool space near the house, there is room for a large family and organize places to work online.
The four of us were on vacation with my husband and children. Even if you have a different schedule, those who are still (or already) awake do not prevent others from resting 😉
The villa has absolutely everything you need for living and comfort. I always appreciate this, because when you come to the house for 2 weeks, you don't have to think about powder, salt and spices, which you won't need in large quantities during this period. The owners have thought of everything for us!
The sea is a maximum of 10-13 minutes by car, shops - the same.
For walks around the city, you can choose Polis.
And the villa itself has an incredible view and silence!
In the evening you can see every star.
Very satisfied with this choice. The owners are very nice, warm and responsive.

Location in Hills of Kato Akourdalia and requires a car to get to.
This villa stands alone and has a magnificent view from the pool or verandas.
Superbly quiet during the day and at night it is superbly peaceful.
Our wonderful Hosts, Phaedra and Oristis were there to meet us, even though our flight was delayed and we arrived at midnight - they stayed to explain how everything works and filled the fridge with necessities etc so we didn't have to go looking for it - lovely touch!!
All rooms have fully working air con and if required, clothes washing facilities also.
Barbecue kit onsite and can be moved to suit your needs.
Pool was exceptional and cleaned weekly - a lot of time was spent there.
Phaedra and Oristis were always on hand via whatssapp should we have any issues or need questions answered and in fact, anything we did need was sorted next day as they have family that can assist locally and as it was 60th birthday while we were there, they applied a few personal touches that were really appreciated and very welcomed - great service.
Handover was seamless and non fussy and Phaedra and Oristis allowed us to stay slightly later due to our late flight home, which was a real bonus as that allows a no rush, chilled and relaxing last day.
We loved every minute of our stay there and will return as soon as we can in the future.

The villa is beautifully located on a hill. From there you can see kilometers to Polis the sea. There you have your peace and can enjoy the great weather and nature. The pool is the perfect size and depth for young and old. The house is so big and spacious that fits perfectly for families with children or even for two to three couples, as each room has its own bathroom. On the three terraces you can relax, read, or eat comfortably, depending on the time of the day in the sun or in the shade.
The furnishings are so extensive, everything is just there. No wishes remain unfulfilled, as the landlords inform themselves before arrival what the kids like and then everything is already bought and already in the fridge. The latter is so bulging that you have things to do that all eat even during the week.
The landlords are so polite, accommodating, welcoming..... you feel like you are with your favorite aunt and favorite uncle. We will certainly plan a holiday there again next year.

The location is extraordinary and extremely quiet. If you want to have that, this is the place for you. Lots of relaxation in the sun and in the pool. Total peace. 10-15 minutes to Polis about 30 min. to Paphos.
Besides the top villa for 6 people, there was also a private garden with lemons, tomatoes, aubergines, grapefruits and honey melons. They are freely available if they are ripe, just pick.

The pool is cleaned every few days and when it is already dark, you can watch the stars wonderfully. We were lucky to admire 2 star clumps and a comet strip.

The rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, if you want to escape the warm weather.

After booking immediately contacted via Whatsapp, with a few pictures around, all questions were resolved quickly. On arrival, we were waiting for us, everything was explained and a few tips for doing things were also available.
The fridge was a bit filled so you don't have to look for a supermarket on the first day. There are also emergency numbers you can call day and night if anything is going to happen. Everything was included in the rental price

The hospitality is on a different level here. Help is offered for everything, even trips to the doctor.

There were two of us in this really huge, fantastic Villa with private pool!
The hosts were really friendly and we were already waiting for us at the villa.
Fully stocked fridge and much more.....A really nice holiday.
If you do not like it so quiet, the Villa is located on a hill top, everything can only be reached by car, you should rather not go there, Polis is about 20 minutes by car, there are very nice beaches and restaurants, supermarkets

Absolutely beautiful villas, location and hosts. We got married in Cyprus 12 years ago and have returned to these villas many times since. Phaedra and Orestis are so welcoming and kind. We cant wait to be back there and couldnt recommend highly enough!
