I had an amazing stay at Savvas's place in Cyprus! Both Savvas and his father were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, making our visit truly memorable.
The house itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and situated in a wonderfully isolated and peaceful location. The breathtaking sea view, surrounded by olive trees and pines, made it feel like a little slice of paradise.
The heated swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, and it was just a short 5-minute drive to a stunning beach. Everything about the stay exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return next year.

Really enjoyed this wonderful place. Fabulous for a family holiday. Everything we wanted (and more) was here.  Relaxing, surrounded by countryside, 5 mins walk to beach.
BBQ, table tennis, pool table, fabulously stocked kitchen, luxurious (though pillows quite hard)

We absolutely loved our stay here. So private and yet a mere 3 min walk to the beach / restaurant. The local restaurant isn't great, but it's fine as a pit stop. Then again, who needs a restaurant when you have this kitchen. Honestly, it's better equipped and cleaner than my own kitchen at home..... This goes to show Savvas' attention to detail. The place is really well maintained, right down to the surrounding gardens. And it's so spacious. I know this review sounds gushy, but it's all true

Perfect perfect perfect!! And a stunning villa in a beautiful and pastoral setting and has everything a large and clean pool, a fully equipped kitchen just bring clothes and that's it.. highly recommend!

The best villa we have ever been to. The villa is in a beautiful, secluded location and is equipped with everything you could want....Communication with Savvas was great! He replied quickly and helped us with everything we needed. We will definitely return!

The peace and quiet of the location. The heated pool is fantastic. The villa is well equipped and very clean on arrival. This is the second time we have stayed at this villa and were pleased to see the owner had made some improvements, such as changing the shower door, so access is easier and purchased new sun loungers. We have already booked next year!

This villa is superb. The location is fantastic, with only minimal noise coming from the road, mostly from quad-bikes going to the Akamas peninsula. The view from the villa and pool area is stunning with lovely gardens and colourful flowers. The villa itself is light and airy with amazing high-ceilings and a quiet air conditioning system keeping it cool when required. The large and well-equipped kitchen was very welcome. All the bedrooms gave access to the views and the pool/patio area and were a pleasure to sleep in and wake up to such as brilliant view. Finally, the entertainment systems featuring the TV and laptop, with wifi coverage throughout the villa, were perfect for evening movie viewing.

We had a great time. A fantastic villa with great facilities in a lovely secluded spot. Andreas was the perfect host, popping by with gifts of wine fruit and olive oil and checking we had everything we needed. His excellent service even extended to rescuing us from the akamas peninsular.

The "agent" was just lovely - he kept turning up with grapes or a (delicious) bottle of wine and sent us off home with some olive oil from their trees.

Pool table excellent, outside pool five feet deep level bottom, no deep end which is great for none swimmers.

The owner's father was extremely friendly and helpful and genuinely wanted us to have an enjoyable holiday. Also the Akamas area is very beautiful with some gorgeous walking and great wild life- we sat around the pool watching a flock of 12 Bee-eaters flying around the surrounding area catching insects!

The villa was in a lovely location and had excellent facilities. It was perfect for everone in our group (3 females, 3 males- aged 18 > 51). The owners provided an excellent and friendly service. Best holiday for a long time.

The villa was wonderful, inside and out. Plenty of seating options for sunbathing or just sitting. Very airy and very high wooden ceilings. It has been finished to a very high standard. They have thought of every thing from hairdryers in the bedrooms to all your kitchen appliances, from coffee machine to work top hoover. If you are not too busy looking at the view and you wish to be entertained there are cds, dvds, games and books. It is better than the photos. Can say no more! Other than that owner was very welcoming and friendly and also made you feel at home.
