Villa Protaras-Bay is a luxury in-resort, beach holiday villa for rent in the heart of Protaras, Cyprus. This beach villa is situated 200m from Fig Tree bay beach, has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and has a private pool. The villa is furnished in an interesting and contemporary style and is conveniently positioned just off the famous strip at Proteras and within easy walking distance of the beautiful beaches. Just a stroll away from the town centre this villa is the perfect base to enjoy all that Protaras has to offer.
Please note that this villa accepts bookings of 1 week or more only. A shorter booking may be considered if it fills in an existing short gap between bookings.

Excellent service from Getaway Villas and the local agent in Cyprus. On arrival the villa was spotlessly clean. Most of all we loved the location, we were steps away from the beautiful fig tree bay beach and the many restaurants & shops on the Protaras strip. We were very thankful for all the information we received before we travelled to Cyprus
Most liked: Location to main strip and beach, yet very quiet, also superb comfort and space and very well equipped.
We were overwhelmed at the spacious and well planned living, kitchen and garden areas in our chosen villa. The kitchen area was well equipped and clean and was a pleasure to use. In all, the property was well maintained, and looked after, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was situated close to all amenities, and a short walk to the beach, shops, lovely restaurants and bars. Although our booking was for four adults, the villa was child-friendly being situated in a safe, private cul-de-sac. We couldn't have asked for a better villa and location.
