This was our first experience of Cyprus made all the better for staying in this beautiful villa.
Wow! What an incredible holiday we’ve had. Sad it’s over!

Villa Serenity is a secluded, away-from-it-all, holiday villa for rent in Coral Bay, Peyia, Cyprus. This rural villa has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and has a private pool. The villa is located on Coral Hill with stunning views over Coral Bay and the Paphos coastline. The villa is built on the first floor to optimise the views and offers shade beneath for table tennis and a game of darts. The living accommodation is accessed from one flight of stairs then all rooms are on one level. Only a couple of minutes drive away from the delightful resort of Coral Bay with a wide selection of shops, bars and tavernas.

- Entrance leads to the open plan lounge and dining room overlooking the pool and terrace. Patio doors lead to veranda and large sun terrace with outdoor furniture.
- TV (smart TV) in the lounge.
- Fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.
- Bedroom 1: Queen-bed bedroom, fully fitted with ensuite shower-room. Patio door leads to veranda with sea view.

A walk into the resort is actually a pleasant (downhill!) experience - you can always get a taxi back up. On the other hand you may never want to leave your villa because you simply have found one of the best spots in Coral Bay, in your large private grounds with mature gardens and mesmerising sea views.
Excess Electricity Consumption: Electricity usage will be recorded at the beginning and end of your stay. A free allowance of 300kWh per week (pro rata) is included. Sensible usage, especially of air-conditioning, should keep you well within this allowance. Any extra usage will be charged locally at the prevailing rate, currently at €0.40 per kWh.

Thankyou for allowing us to experience this beautiful villa! Host was amazing, incredibly responsive in messaging. We asked for an earlier check in and a later check out and he obliged without quibble.
All was great. The house, the pool, the view. The area is also beautiful to visit. And we were very well welcome by Kyriacos. Thank you Kyriacos for this perfect week.
The villa was great! Lovely quite location, just a 25min walk to the main area for bars and restaurants etc though we did get a taxis back on a night which cost €10. The views from the villa are amazing and the villa had everything we needed. The pool was bigger than we expected and we loved it! Kyriacos was very welcoming and was easily reachable. Would highly recommend.
