Easy to book and everything is clear and easy to understand, the villa is very good and the pool is great, saw the pool man regularly looking after it, Pernera is a nice area and the beaches are good and easily accessible from the villa, the local bus stop is a short walk and a good service, we hope to visit again.

The location of the villa was excellent, close to some amenities. Hired a car which made travelling about the region so easy. The villa was just like the photographs on the website. Kitchen was well equipped.

Most liked: swimming pool was I assume cleaned everyday.. most of what you needed was within 6 blocks walking.. taxi to Protaras was only 7.00 we found a taxi that we used all the time so he gave us deals and picked us up within 10minutes and suggested places to go for dinner.

Villa Sobella was everything we hoped for as it was our first time in a villa. Our party consisted of two couples aged 47-63 . The villa is very spacious and clean with a large living room which we never used as the outside space was fantastic. The pool was well maintained and the cleaner came midweek. The pool was great a good size and lovely to be able to cool off after walks to the shops. Supermarkets and bars just around the corner. Pernera about 10 minute walk. We ate out most nights at different places and meals were good. We wouldn't hesitate to go back with other family and children.

Second year in a row that we as a group of friends have stayed at Sobella and again we were not disapointed. Well sited for all the shops, eateries and a good selection of beaches. A good clean swimming pool, well attended by the pool cleaners - one of the best I have seen. Good access to the internet, well appointed kitchen. The location is excellent and the villa is a great value-for-money option. The pool is particularly child-friendly with the roman steps and graduated incline - these are not easy to find in Cyprus; I know, I have done lots of research!

The spaciousness of the villa was awesome. The pool was great to relax in. Loved the ice machine in the kitchen freezer. The bedrooms were very nice with colorful bedspreads for the children. When we had a problem with anything in the villa, the caretaker was very understanding and took care of the problem promptly.
