Villa Thekla-Beach is a luxury holiday villa for rent in Ayia Thekla / Ayia Napa Cyprus. This beach villa offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and has a private pool. It is located near Ayia Napa and Protaras.

This delightful villa was newly built in 2015.  Great design and tastefully furnished with a great outdoor space for lazy days and alfresco living.  It is located in a smal quiet complex a short walk away from the sleepy shoreline with a couple of local tavernas overlooking the crystal clear sea waters offering the fresh catch of the day. A short drive to some of the best white-sand beaches Cyprus has to offer. One of the biggest waterparks in Europe is about 4 km down the road while the bustling resort of Ayia Napa is about 6 km away.

Please note that this villa accepts bookings of 1 week or more only. A shorter booking may be considered if it fills in an existing short gap between bookings.
