FIRST FLOOR

- Bedroom 1: Double-bed (Queen) bedroom fully fitted,  sea and mountain views. Patio door leads to terrace.

- Bedroom 2: Twin-bed bedroom fully fitted, with ensuite shower room. Mountain views. Patio door leads to terrace.

SECOND FLOOR

- Bedroom 3 (triple):  1 king size bed and 1 single bed, fully fitted with ensuite shower room. Patio door leads to private terrace with breathtaking views of the sea-bay and the marina.

- Ample wardrobe space in all bedrooms.

- Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas for cooling and heating. 

Additional beds for 2 extra guests are available in Villa Vicina. In the sitting room is a pull out sofa (size 130 x 180 cm), and in the twin room one additional bed (folding bed, size 75 x 180 cm) could be put for a child up to approx. 15 years of age.

OUTDOORS

- Private kidney shape swimming pool 6m x 4m (max), 1.5 m deep throughout. Roman steps.

- Poolside shower.

- Sun beds and parasols.

- Shaded and sunny terraces furnished for al fresco dining.

- Built in BBQ for outdoor cooking and dining area with sofas perfect for coffees and sundowners as well as more loungers and the upper level, with trampoline, table tennis, small play area and wicker seating.

Please Note: There are many stairs at this villa, however it is stunning. The villa is located in the historic centre of the village and the house manager will help guests with suitcases on arrival. 

The villa owner also owns a secluded beach a boat ride away (see photos)  which you can have acccess to and sole use of,  at an extra cost. At your request the owner can arrange a boat trip to the Villa Vicina’s secluded beach, which will be entirely yours. There are table and chairs, deckchairs and stone benches with easy access to the crystal clear sea water. There is private boat mooring available.
