Villa Xinisteri is a rural, holiday villa on one level for rent in Pissouri village, Cyprus. This in-resort bungalow villa offers 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4) and has a private pool. The villa is situated in a quiet location enjoying beautiful scenery, ideal for those who wish to experience a true village retreat. Just a short walk from the village's numerous restaurants and tavernas, and a 5 minute drive from the beach at Pissouri Bay with its numerous water sports activities.
This villa offers an automatic low occupancy discount for 2 guests or fewer throughout the year. Up to 6 adults can be accommodated with an extra charge of £12 per person for the 5th and 6th person.

The villa rear is south facing so it gets sun all day on to the pool area. Stavros and his family were pleasant, helpful and very accommodating and welcoming. A car is a must.

Xinisteri - a lovely villa with lovely views. We stayed in Xinisteri for 4 weeks and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Pissouri. The villa is situated just outside the main village. A car is essential. The villa is only about a 2 minute drive up to Pissouri but it is a steep road to walk, especially when it is very hot. We used the theatre car park which is a very short walk from the square. The instructions for getting to the villa were excellent. A torch is recommended if you are arriving after dark. The villa is very well laid out. There is a spacious lounge diner and a good sized kitchen. Free internet is available. We had total privacy at the villa. Our pool was at the back of the villa and was cleaned twice a week. The house was cleaned once a week by 2 lovely ladies who came at a time to suit us. Stavros, the owner, came to see us 4 times during our stay to make sure everything was to our liking. He is a delightful man and very helpful. It was very pleasant to go up to the square to have coffee and watch the world go by. If you want a touch of home you can even have coffee and carrot cake or coffee with scones and cream and jam - the scones are actually made to order. This is at a taverna called O'Vrakas in the square. They also do a very good meze on a Wednesday evening with two singers going around the tables playing guitar and bouzouki. On Fridays, another adjacent taverna has a Cypriot evening with a buffet and Cypriot dancing. They were still doing this in September but this may stop at the end of the season. There are lots of good places to eat in or just off the square. One excellent place to have a good meal is The Bunch of Grapes which is signposted in the square. The Welcome Package was really appreciated, especially the fresh eggs in the fridge. We had a fantastic holiday here in peaceful surroundings and would thoroughly recommend Xinisteri. We would definitely come here again.
The quiet location was exactly what we were looking for. You would definitely need a car if you wanted to visit places, however we were there to recharge our batteries and do nothing and that is what we did. We would definitely go there again.
