Perfect location, wonderful view, responsive host. We found everything what we needed, perfect villa for families or friends. Just few minutes away from the beach, villa is surrounded by Mountain View’s and a sea view.

We had a great stay. The view was stunning and waking up looking at the ocean and mountains is priceless. We had lots of fun at the pool and great dinners on the (very private) terrace. 
The owner provided us with a lovely complete list of things to do and know in the area. Communication was perfect, the few minor issues that we had were solved - literally -within 10 minutes. We can only recommend!

We had a fantastic week at the villa with 6 people. More than enough space, nice to cook for yourself. Very clean accommodation. The view from the villa is beautiful. George helped us with all our questions and was a very pleasant host. He gave us recommendations to go for dinner and each recommended restaurant was close by with very good food. The view and the layout of the whole villa is amazing, sunshine all day, very close to the sea and a lovely walk into latchi or further Polis, both areas have all you need, restaurants and shops. The hosts George and his team are brilliant nothing is too much and any issues are sorted incredibly quickly and with no fuss. A great touch was arriving with a fridge full of tasty things. Great communication, fast and effective.

The view from the terrace is wonderful, the apartments are large and comfortable, the pool is big, it is very nice to be greeted with fresh food, the host is friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay.

Exceptional
Fantastic villa in a very good location with stunning views! Villa was spotless and the views from the terrace have to be seen to be appreciated. You can walk to Latchi harbour 20 minutes in one direction and into Polis square 20 minutes the other direction. Many lovely beaches within easy reach.
Highly recommend this villa and hope to return one day.

What an absolutely beautiful villa! This was the first time we had booked a villa stay as a family as we traditionally go for hotels, but this was a really pleasant experience. Our host George really looked after us and made the whole stay very comfortable, there was fresh fruit in when we arrived and a nice selection in the fridge.
The villa itself is a great size, there were six of us staying and it always felt very spacious and not at all cramped. Views over the sea and the rest of Latchi are simply stunning, the sunset views from the patio were absolutely breathtaking. Not too far from the centre of Latchi where bar and restaurants are located, and we chose to walk every night.
Cannot recommend this place enough, an absolutely stunning villa with beautiful view, and a wonderful host which will definitely take care of you. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Latchi.

Truly exceptional
The property is exceptional, occupying an elivated position with views that are beautiful both of the sea and countryside. The large terrace with a few different areas to sit out is lovely and the private pool is rather nice too. It is very well equipped inside the villa, good size bedrooms, modern fittings and comfortable beds. The whole experience and the villa, location and environs made for a wonderful holiday experience. 
Our hosts are also worth a special mention, incredibly accommodating and helpful.
