Villa Despina-1 is a luxury, beach, holiday villa for rent in Kissonerga, Paphos, Cyprus. This beach villa offers 5 bedrooms (sleeps 10) and has a private pool. It is located between Coral Bay and Paphos. A very spacious and well equipped villa with modern decor, funishings and WiFi internet access. For your added entertainment there is a pool table, table tennis and table football. Situated in a peaceful and location offering stunning views of the sea and sunsets, set among banana plantations and walnut groves.
The villa is now open for 2025 bookings and is getting booked up quickly - the system wil allow you to book at 2024 prices but please note that a 10% increase in the rental price will be added mannually.
No pets allowed
Pleasant walk to shops, restaurants and beach. Next door is sister villa Despina-1A making the two villas ideal for larger groups who want to holiday together and maintain their privacy.
A local bus service runs every 15 minutes to Paphos Harbour with its restaurants and tourist areas, and to Paphos old town with its large market, designer and souvenir shops. The bus also runs in the opposite direction to famous Coral Bay resort and beach.

- Bedroom 1: Double-bed bedroom, fully fitted. Patio doors lead to terrace and pool, door leading to shower-room which can be used as ensuite or guest shower-room with access from main house.

Area of the house and outside were great, Owners were great friendly.
Had good communication wth booking process
Most liked: We booked both Despina 1 and 1A for our son's wedding. We had a mixture of family, friends and relatives. The villa pictures do not do justice to how amazing, spacious they are. It made the whole wedding experience feel warm, close and together. There was nothing too small that Andreas, Despina and Nikos could do for us. We experienced a power cut and this was resolved within the hour. During this time they came over with hot water for morning coffee and teas. The welcome pack was excellent with the addition of fresh fruit and nuts grown in their garden. Highly recommended.
Could be improved: Nothing keep doing exactly what you are doing.
If you are considering a group holiday then you will not be disappointed with these villas. No need to high a car as the bus stop is at the end of the road and is one Euro 50. A daily ticket for 5 Euros or the best deal weekly 20 Euros. This means you can catch any bus and get on and off as many times as you like. So can tour the whole island if you want.
Most liked: What a wonderful stay we had at the Villa Despina 1. I booked the villa in order for have a base for our daughter's wedding in Paphos. The overall service from Getaway Villas was excellent. The villa itself was superb and was all I hoped for & more. From the spacious interior to the beautiful outside space it was just perfect. The owners Andreas & Despina were lovely & could not have been more helpful. They take a huge pride in their villas. Overall we had a fantastic stay & it was hard to leave!
Could be improved: Nothing. It is perfect!
Everything was above expectation and a bonus was that the owners were next door as we had a couple of problems but were fixed very quickly. Don't think that the photos on the website did it justice, It was bigger than perceived.
