Villa Despina-1A is a luxury, beach, holiday villa for rent in Kissonerga, Paphos, Cyprus. This in-resort villa offers 5 bedrooms (sleeps 10) and has a private pool. It is located between Coral Bay and Paphos. A very spacious and well equipped villa with modern decor, funishings and WiFi internet access. For your added entertainment there is a pool table, table tennis and table football. Situated in a peaceful yet convenient location. Offering stunning views of the sea and sunsets, set among banana plantations and walnut groves, Pleasant walk to shops, restaurants and beach.

The villa is now open for 2026 bookings and is getting booked up quickly - the system wil allow you to book at 2025 prices but please note that a 10% increase in the rental price will be added mannually.

Next door is sister villa Despina-1 making the two villas ideal for larger groups who want to holiday together and maintain their privacy.

A local bus service runs every 15 minutes to Paphos Harbour with its restaurants and tourist areas, and to Paphos old town with its large market, designer and souvenir shops. The bus also runs in the opposite direction to famous Coral Bay resort and beach.

Lovely spacious modern villa - lovely grounds and games room for the children and pool was great. We enjoyed our week here very much and though there were 10 of us we never felt on top of each other. The owners were lovely and even shared their Easter bread with us.

The villa owners who lived very close by were very helpful and kind to us to the extent of fixing a puncture on a pushchair for us and not accepting any payment. When we arrived in the spotless villa Despina 1a they had left us some food milk and wine for which we were most grateful. We were staying in the middle of a banana and lime plantation and we were given gifts of local bananas.

Most liked: We booked both Despina 1 and 1A for our son's wedding. We had a mixture of family, friends and relatives. The villa pictures do not do justice to how amazing, spacious they are. It made the whole wedding experience feel warm, close and together. There was nothing too small that Andreas, Despina and Nikos could do for us. We experienced a power cut and this was resolved within the hour. During this time they came over with hot water for morning coffee and teas. The welcome pack was excellent with the addition of fresh fruit and nuts grown in their garden. Highly recommended.

Could be improved: Nothing keep doing exactly what you are doing.

If you are considering a group holiday then you will not be disappointed with these villas. No need to high a car as the bus stop is at the end of the road and is one Euro 50. A daily ticket for 5 Euros or the best deal weekly 20 Euros. This means you can catch any bus and get on and off as many times as you like. So can tour the whole island if you want.

The villa is perfect. We went as a family of 10 people. Despina is a lovely lady who brings fresh fruit, nothing is too much trouble. Close to bus stop and village is beautiful. Would definatly recommend! We are already planning our next trip

Excellent space & facilities! We loved the fact inflatables had been provided for the pool, & that there were other leisure facilities provided , though we only used the table tennis table- our children being a little too old for the plastic bowls & table football.The welcome pack & tomatoes were appreciated & the visit from the friendly owner offering suggestions for places to go. It was great to be in walking distance of several good restaurants & very handy to have an excellent supermarket at the bottom of the road. We would thoroughly recommend this villa!
