Most liked: Hospitality was fantastic from despina and check in and out was easy. The location was great with the bus just down at the bottom of the road taking you to coral bay or paphos. The size of the villa was also great easily accommodating for the 10 of us. They even came and did a clean and bed change half way through the stay.

Lovely, clean and spacious villa. Very helpful and friendly owners. Delighted to find there was a whole clean of the villa during our stay, we'd only expected a change of linens and towels. The villa is much bigger than it appears in the photos.

The villas and location were amazing. Very spacious, plenty of garden furniture and space to relax and lots shaded area too. The owners were pleasant and accommodating and kindly allowed us to check into 1 of the villas a couple of hours earlier and lent us their rotating barbeque so we could have a proper Cypriot barbeque. Loved all the pool toys. The washing machine was excellent and worked perfectly. We had a wonderful time and were sad to leave.Communication with the UK agents was pleasant and quick. We would definately stay there again.

Very quick replies from the company and nothing seemed to much hassle. The villa was more than we expected we knew the location was great with bus routes and all on your doorstep but over all it was amazing. The owners were so good our wedding planner asked us to get them to cut the grass the day before and they didnt even bat an eyelid they done it straight away....Perfect location for our perfect day and we cant wait to visit again.... Ive recommended the website to so many people after booking with yourselves, the small deposit paid at the start was brilliant while you're still deciding if its right for you and the response from the team were so good. Will definitely book again in the future

Lovely spacious modern villa - lovely grounds and games room for the children and pool was great. We enjoyed our week here very much and though there were 10 of us we never felt on top of each other. The owners were lovely and even shared their Easter bread with us.

The Villa was really nice and the property owners were helpful - they even brought us some coal on the last day. We had a great experience.

Thank you again for everything. :) The villa was just superb and the Owners were also very kind. The welcome package in the fridge is a fantastic idea and made us feel welcome. Especially that we arrived very late to the villa.

 The villa owners who lived very close by were very helpful and kind to us to the extent of fixing a puncture on a pushchair for us and not accepting any payment. When we arrived in the spotless villa Despina 1a they had left us some food milk and wine for which we were most grateful. We were staying in the middle of a banana and lime plantation and we were given gifts of local bananas.

Most liked: We booked both Despina 1 and 1A for our son's wedding. We had a mixture of family, friends and relatives. The villa pictures do not do justice to how amazing, spacious they are. It made the whole wedding experience feel warm, close and together. There was nothing too small that Andreas, Despina and Nikos could do for us. We experienced a power cut and this was resolved within the hour. During this time they came over with hot water for morning coffee and teas. The welcome pack was excellent with the addition of fresh fruit and nuts grown in their garden. Highly recommended. 

Could be improved: Nothing keep doing exactly what you are doing.

 If you are considering a group holiday then you will not be disappointed with these villas. No need to high a car as the bus stop is at the end of the road and is one Euro 50. A daily ticket for 5 Euros or the best deal weekly 20 Euros. This means you can catch any bus and get on and off as many times as you like. So can tour the whole island if you want.

The villa is perfect. We went as a family of 10 people. Despina is a lovely lady who brings fresh fruit, nothing is too much trouble. Close to bus stop and village is beautiful. Would definatly recommend! We are already planning our next trip
back :)

Excellent space & facilities! We loved the fact inflatables had been provided for the pool, & that there were other leisure facilities provided , though we only used the table tennis table- our children being a little too old for the plastic bowls & table football.The welcome pack & tomatoes were appreciated & the visit from the friendly owner offering suggestions for places to go. It was great to be in walking distance of several good restaurants & very handy to have an excellent supermarket at the bottom of the road. We would thoroughly recommend this villa!
